Bianca De La Rosa, MS
Bianca's experience as a Nutritionist started off in private practice counseling 1:1 with individuals with chronic disease and also athletes enhancing their sports performance. She then joined Noom as a Goal Specialist where she gained immense training in health coaching and behavioral therapy.
She graduated from the University of Houston where she played volleyball, was part of the Delta Zeta Chapter and obtained her degree in Human Nutrition and Foods. She then moved on to a higher education, completing her Master's Degree from Northeastern University in Sports Nutrition and Fitness. Shortly after, Bianca was accepted into a highly competitive and accelerated internship at the University of Houston in 2019.
Bianca now serves clients all over Texas via Telehealth as the Functional Medicine Specialist with True U! She will highly exceed your expectations and treat your conditions with the most notable care, respect, positivity and kindness. She believes that each individual is unique, and that's exactly how she will approach your care plan- with attentiveness to your individualized needs. Bianca enjoys teaching cycle as a certified indoor cycle instructor, she loves to travel the world, and play beach volleyball. One of her goals is to take yearly summer mission trips to give back to underprivileged children in developing countries.
